Parker, 77, of Patterson died Thursday at Emanuel Medical Center, Turlock. Mr. Parker was a native of Sand Springs, Okla., and lived in Patterson 67 years. He was a truck driver for H&M Trucking for 25 years. He was a member of the Patterson Coffee Shop Club. He was an Army veteran of World War II, and belonged to the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Turlock. He is survived by his son, Ron Parker of Patterson; and three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. A funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Hillview Funeral Chapel, with burial at Patterson District Cemetery. Visitation from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday at the chapel.
