MARY JO MCDOUGAL PUTNAM, our dearest most beloved wife, mother, grandmother
and friend, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, June 20, 1999, after a courageous fight
with cancer. She was the loving wife of HOWARD R. PUTNAM for 50 years. Mary Jo was
born March 12, 1927 to Roscoe E and Effie R McDougal, both deceased. Her brother
R.E. McDougal, Jr. has predeceased her. A native of Tulsa, Oklahoma, she attended
Oklahoma State University and was a member of the Chi Omega Sorority.
Rev. Dr. J.D. Phillips officiating. Interment will be private. Forest Park Westheimer
Funeral Home, 12800 Westheimer Road
