Private services will be at a later date. The donation to Texas Tech University School of Medicine was by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St. Mr. Raines was born in Tulsa, Okla. He was an Army veteran and was an antique collector and dealer. Survivors include his mother, Otha Raines of Amarillo; and two sisters, Nita Hodges and Patsy Higgs, both of Amarillo.
