Goodpaster Wagoner (Special) Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Goodpaster, 73, died Tuesday in a local hospital after an extended illness. Funeral services will be at 2:30 pm Thursday in the Pentacostal Holiness Church here with Rev. Melvin Garrison, Ardmore, and Rev. William J. Moore, Pastor, officiating. Green Funeral Home will direct burial in Elmwood Ceme. Pallbearers include Jess Cochran, John Cocke, Leonard Holloway, Boyd Butler, Tarzan Keeton, and Jimmy Palmer. Born 19 Sept 1888 in Tenn, Mrs. Goodpaster came to Oklahoma in 1909. She was a member of the Pentecostal Holiness Church. Survivors include her husband, Jess of the home, 3 daughters: Mrs. Velma Gilmore and Mrs. Ethel Hays both of Wagoner, and Mrs. Irene Sellers of Muskogee; 3 sons: Roy of Wagoner, Raymond of Rudy, Ark., and Wayne, of Independence, MO.; a sister Mrs. Lillie Foust of Whitehall, Ark; 2 brothers, Allen Crowder of Whitehall and Wash Crowder of Denver, Colo. 23 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. ========= Funeral Card: In memory of Mary Elizabeth Goodpaster born 19 Sept 1888.
