Michael Shea Boutwell, son of David and Glynis Michelle Boutwell, 
Barnsdall, was stillborn on Saturday morning in the Jane Phillips Medical 
Center.

Services are pending with the Arnold Moore-Barnsdall Funeral Home.

Michael Shae Boutwell, son of David Ray and Glynis Michelle (Bryant) 
Boutwell, Barnsdall, was stillborn at 8:40 a.m. on Saturday, January 4, 
2003 in the Jane Phillips Medical Center.

Funeral services for Michael Shae Boutwell will be held at the graveside 
at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday in the Ethel Reese Cemetery, Barnsdall, 
Oklahoma. Pastor Phil Clements will be the officiant. Committal prayers 
and interment will be directed in the Ethel Reece Cemetery by the Arnold 
Moore-Barnsdall Funeral Home.

The infant boy is survived by his parents of the home; two sisters, 
Marissa Michelle Stephens, Barnsdall, Shelbie Raye Boutwell, Grantsville, 
Utah; brothers, Devin Joseph Laird, Barnsdall, John Thomas Boutwell, 
Grantsville, Utah;his maternal grandparents, Andrew Franklin "Frank" and 
Marion Christina (Horine) Bryant, Barnsdall; maternal aunt, Mrs. Marilyn 
Kay Pickup and husband, Rodney, Jay, Oklahoma, paternal aunt, Mrs. Mary 
Beth Bohnet and husband, Rickie, Canton, Oklahoma; maternal uncles, 
Michael Don Bryant and Chance Wayne Bryant, Barnsdall; paternal uncles, 
Thomas Franklin Boutwell III, Chila Vista, California and Jerry Lee 
Boutwell, Kingfisher, Oklahoma; and his maternal great grandfather, 
Nathaniel Arlie Bryant, Barnsdall, Oklahoma. He was preceded in death by 
paternal grandparents, Thomas Franklin Boutwell II, Mary Frances (Dunn) 
Boutwell; paternal uncle, Johnny Oscar Boutwell, and by the maternal great 
grandmother, Mrs. Helen May Bryant.
