Cochran Raymond Wilford Cochran, 89, died at 5:29 a.m. Sunday at his residence. Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday in the White Rose Cemetery with the Rev. Lloyd Davolt of the Bible Holiness Church in Oswego, Kan. Graveside services will be directed by the Stumpff Funeral Home. Memorials may be made to the Mary Martha Outreach Mission, 417 S. W. 8th Street, Bartlesville, OK 74003, or the Cornerstone Hospice, 3414 S.E. Kentucky, Bartlesville, OK 74006. Survivors include his wife, Florence Mearl, of the home; four daughters and three sons-in-law, Roena F. Yeats of Tulsa, Patty J. and Dan Phelps of Bartlesville, Frances and Larry Eckhoff of Sterling, Kan., and Florence Alberta and Ralph Akers of Boardman, Ore.; four brothers, Myrle C. of Bartlesville, Thomas J. of Copan, Leonard C. of Missouri and Melvin L. of Germany; a sister, Lorena E.
