Charles E. Foster, 83, of Ramona, died Tuesday at the Veterans Center in 
Claremore.

Services are pending with Stumpff Funeral Home.

Charles E. Foster

Charles E. Foster, 83, of Ramona, died Tuesday at the Veterans Center in 
Claremore.

Services will be 10 a.m. Thursday in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel with 
Mr. Roman Ward officiating. Interment will be in the Ochelata Cemetery 
under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer's Association Bartlesville Branch, 
6465 S. Yale, Tulsa, OK 74136.

Survivors include his wife, Stella, of the Home; a son and daughter-in-
law, David Charles and JoAnn of Tulsa; a daughter and son-in-law, Debbi 
DeAnne and Chuck Stephenson of Owasso; two stepdaughters and a stepson-in-
law, Nancy and Bryant Sarcoxie and Sherri Nichols of Tulsa; a brother, 
Arthur, of Bakersfield, Calif.; a sister, Juanita Frazier, of Viselia, 
Calif.; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-
grandchildren.
