Frances Hall from 3-14-2003 Examiner Enterprise Mrs. E. Frances (Seabolt) Hall, 73, wife of Mr. Robert E. "Bob" Hall and a Nowata county resident, died at 1:53 a.m. on Thursday in Joplin, Missouri. Graveside final rites for Mrs. Hall will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday in the Talala Cemetery. Rev. Richard Shade will be the officiant. Committal prayers and interment will be directed by The Arnold Moore Funeral Service. Mrs. Hall will lie in state in the Drawing Rooms of The Arnold Moore Funeral Residence where friends may call for their visitation until she is removed to the cemetery for final rites on Saturday. . A native of Oklahoma, Emma Frances Seabolt was born on September 21, 1929 in rural Washington County near Vera and Talala. She was the daughter of the late Elbert Sylvester and Bernise (McMillian) Seabolt. Frances was reared and began her education in the Ramona Community Schools and completed her education in the Vera, Oklahoma schools. She and Robert E. Hall were married in Napa, California on July 15, 1959 and lived in the Napa Valley until their return to Oklahoma where Bob was employed by the Reda Pump Company from which he was retired. They have made their home in rural Nowata living in retirement. Frances is survived by her husband, Robert E. "Bob" Hall of the Nowata home; a son, Michael McManus; a granddaughter, Callie McManus; two brothers, William E. "Bill" Seabolt and Marvin R. Seabolt, both of Ramona, Okla.; five sisters, Mrs. Donald (H. Lucille) Raley, Ramona, Okla., Mrs. Eva Jones, Preston, Texas, Mrs. Harold (Lillian) Workman, Ramona, Okla., Mrs. Bill (Teresa) Trisler, Texas and Mrs. Joy Parret, Ramona, Okla.; and a stepsister, Mrs. Josephine "Jo" Harvey, Sand Springs, Okla.
