Bartlesville Examiner-Enterprise Monday, October 16, 2006 Marguerite L. Healy Marguerite Louis (Kueck) Healy, 95, died peacefully Saturday, October 14, 2006 at Heritage Villa following an extended illness. Born September 25, 1911, in Concordia, Missouri to Otto A. and Martha W. (Schlapper) Kueck, she moved with her family to Bartlesville in 1913 when she was two years old. Marguerite was educated in the local school system where she helped prominent parts in music and dramatic works, graduating from College High in 1930. She then went to work for Phillips Petroleum Company where she met and married her dear husband of 66 years, William (Bill) P. Healy. They have one daughter, Kathryn Susan (Nanna) of Evanston, Illinois. A woman of deep faith, she always tried to make the best of whatever life presented. Marguerite's particular joys were her family and friends, her home and garden and being involved with her church. She loved working in the garden and was continually inspired by the beauty of nature. In her later years, she traveled the world with her husband in his work as manager of International Relations becoming a gracious and thoughtful hostess to their many guests. Preceded in death by her brother, Paul D. Kueck, she is survived by her husband, daughter, and son-in-law, Jerry Nanna; two granddaughters, and six great grandchildren. The family wishes to express gratitude to all who have assisted and cared for her in her recent years, especially the community and staff of Green Country Village, Cornerstone Hospice, Interim Health Care, and Heritage Villa.Services are scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Tuesday October 17th at the St. Luke's Episcopal Church with Father Lee Stephens officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Walker-Brown Funeral Home.
