Krulac Ada May Krulac, 82, died Wednesday, November 15, 1989, at 7:00 a.m. at her residence in Bartlesville, Oklahoma. Mrs. Krulac was born, September 19, 1907, at Cloverdale, Putnam County, Ohio, to William M. and Alice Melinda Fellers Black. She grew up and received her education in the Mannford, Hominy, Jay and Ramona Schools. She moved to Onarga, Illinois as a young adult. She worked there as an elevator operator, housekeeper, and at various other occupations including domestic and industrial jobs which took her throughout the State of Illinois. She married Roy E. Empey, Sr. in 9127 at Delray, Illinois. They lived in Onarga and Peoria, Illinois. He preceded her in death in 1931. She married Fred M. Krulac in 1935. He preceded her in death in January 1980. Mrs. Krulac was active in several unions including prayer bands and other church groups. She also was preceded in death by a son, William M. Krulac, five brothers, Lucian, George, Lavern, Jay, Houston and Edward; four sisters, Catherine, Edna, Thelma and Zelma; and a nephew, Ralph Price. Survivors include six sons: Leroy E. Empey, Jr., Ramona, Oklahoma, Fred Eugene Krulac. Washington, Illinois, James Lewis Krulac, Washington, Illinois, Robert Wayne Krulac, Spring Bay, Illinois, John Mathew Krulac and August George Krulac, both of Peoria, Illinois; a daughter, Mary Alice Pintar, Washington, Illinois; a sister, Edna Price, Napa, California; 11 grandchildren; five nieces and two nephews. The family will receive guests at the Stumpff Funeral Home from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Friday. Funeral services will be Saturday, at 2:00 p.m. in the Assembly of God Church in Ramona, Oklahoma with Rev. Ed Street officiating. Casket escorts are: Huston W. Black, Richard Cook, Glenn Pintar, Randy Pintar, David Plett and Clifford Plett.
