Mesneak BORGER - L.D. "Pot" Mesneak, 73, died Saturday, Aug. 8, 1998. Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday in Gateway Baptist Church with the Rev. Tunis Schuurman, pastor, and the Rev. Jimmy Johnson officiating. Burial will be in Westlawn Cemetery by Brown Funeral Directors. Mrs. Mesneak was born in Dewey, Okla. An Army veteran of World War II, he lived in the Borger area for 49 years. He was a retired stillman with Phillips Petroleum Co. He was a member of Gateway Baptist Church. He married June Hines in 1947 at Sedan, Kan.
