All rights reserved. http://www.rootsweb.com/~usgenweb/copyright.htm ========================================================================== wife of Lawrence Millison Mrs Millison, 62, Dies Here Mrs Violet Millison, 62, Box 287, Bartlesvielle, died at 5::15 a.m. Thursday in the Jane Phillips Episcopal Memorial Medical Center following a lon illiness. Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be announced by the Stumpff Funeral Home. ========= Violet Millison Dies; Services Set Monday Mrs Violet Bell Millison, 62, a Bartlesville resident for the past two months, died at 5:15 a.m. Thursday in the Jane Phillips Building of the Medical Center Complex. Mrs Millison was born on January 26, 1913 at Winfield KS. She came to Bartlesvilee as a small child and attended schools here. She was married to Lawrence E Millison in 1940 at Sedan KS. They returned to Bartlesville in 1970 and Mr Millison was employed with the Glenoak Ranch until retiring in February 1971. Mr MIllison died in Aug 1973 and Mrs Millison made her home in Nowata until returning to Bartlesville two months ago. She was a member of the Church of the Holiness. Mrs Millison is survived by three sisters, Pearl Benefiel, Nowata; Jessie Clay and Ruth Bridges, both of Arkansas City KS, and one brother John Norton of Jay OK Funeral services for Mrs Million will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in the Stumpff Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jimmie Shamblin officiating. Interment will be in the White Rose Cememtery under the direction of the Stumpff Funeral Home. ========= Violet B Millision. Boyd Bra, Luther Comstock, Willie L Lowery, Jess Rupert, Doyle Powell and Chester Grissin. Survivors include three sisters, Pearl Benefield, Jessie Clay and Ruth Bridges, and one brother John NOrton.
