D. F. Merideth 

David F. Merideth, 88, a retired farmer, died at 12:10 this morning at his 
home, 121 North Cheyenne.

He is survived by two daughters, Mrs. F. A. Van Volkenburg of Picher and 
Miss Maggie Merideth of  Bartlesville; five sons J. R. of Fritah, Tex; L. 
H. of Hutchinson, Kan., W. E. .. of  Oklahoma City, R. R. and J. H. 
Merideth of Bartlesville, one sister, Mrs. N. G. Cook of Concordia, Kan., 
and several grand and great grandchildren. The body is at the McCallister 
Funeral Home.

(Note, this is David Scott Merideth who m. Mary Emmeline Johnson. Children: 
Richard Joe Meredith, A. Effie Meredith, Langford Hogen Meredith, William 
Edward Meredith, Maggie Merideth, Richeson Robert Merideth, Jessie Columbus 
Merideth. David's parents were Essaline Smith and Thomas T. Meredith of 
Edmonson Co. KY)
