Robert O. Martin

Robert Olan Martin, age 49, of Muskogee, OK passed this life on Sunday, 
February 23, 2003 in Muskogee, OK. Robert was born to Harley Olan and 
Alice Kathryn (Campbell) Martin on January 30, 1954 in Tulsa, OK. He 
received his early education, then went on to attend College High School 
in Bartlesville, OK. On October 7, 1982 Robert married Linda Carol (Stone) 
in Oklahoma City, OK. They moved to Muskogee from the Bartlesville area 
over 13 years ago. While here Robert enjoyed the many friends he made, and 
enjoyed spending time fishing and playing pool with them. He enjoyed 
watching sporting events like football and golf on television, and playing 
with the family dog Chee-Chee. Robert attended the Lighthouse Assembly of 
God in Muskogee, and worked for the Department of Transportation for the 
State of Oklahoma at the Wagoner headquarters. In addition he was a shift 
supervisor for Mazzio's Pizza located at the Curt's Mall for numerous 
years. Above all Robert loved spending time with his family and friends, 
and he will surely be missed by all those blessed to have known him.

He was preceded in death by his mother Alice Martin.

Left to cherish his memory are his beloved wife Linda Martin, two sons 
Robert Edward and Jason Henry Martin of the home, and one-step-daughter 
Carolyn Williams of Muskogee. His father Harley Martin of Bartlesville, OK 
and his sister Jan Russell and husband Lance of Catoosa, OK. Numerous 
other nieces, nephews, distant relatives and close friends. Funeral 
services are scheduled for 1:00 P.M. Wednesday, February 26, 2003 at the 
Lighthouse Assembly of God in Muskogee, OK. Services and arrangements are 
under the direction of Muskogee Cremation & Funeral Service, Muskogee, OK.
