Las Vegas Review Journal, Friday, June 6, 1969, page 8: NORTON, Maude 
Marle, 62, of 3654 Las Vegas Blvd. North, died Tuesday at a local hospital. 
Born Nov. 12, 1906 in Newkirk, Okla. Retired cook. Survivors: husband, 
Alfred; daughter, Pat Vandevort of North Las Vegas; a sister, Irene Wicha 
of North Las Vegas; a brother, Dewey Armstrong of Tucson, Ariz.; five 
grandchildren and two great grandchildren. The Rev. John Levendis will 
officiate services at 10 a.m. Friday at Palm Chapel. Interment at Woodlawn 
Cemetery.

Her parents were Ira Lafayette Keithley and Katie E. Hall Keithley.

She was first married to Harry Kendall Armstrong. He preceded her in death, 
June 02, 1964
