Joshua C. Ogans

Joshua Caleb Ogans, 21, of Oklahoma City died Sunday, February 23, 2003 in 
Oklahoma City. He was born October 4, 1981 to Bobby Ogans and Candace 
(Harris) Ortega in Bartlesville, Oklahoma where he grew up and was 
educated. Joshua moved to Oklahoma City in 1998. He was in the job-corp 
from 1999 to 2000 where he sang in the choir. Joshua's dream and passion 
was singing R & B music. He loved and excelled at basketball and had won 
three trophies.

Joshua is survived by his daughter, Shariah Ogans of Oklahoma City; 
girlfriend, Jessica Guerrero of Oklahoma City; mother, Candace Ortega of 
Oklahoma City; father, Bobby Joe Ogans of Conroe, TX; sister, Brandy 
Harris of Oklahoma City; aunt, Pamela Clark of Muskogee; five uncles, 
Bobby Harris of Muskogee, Glen Harris, Jeff Harris, Felipe Cazares and 
Fransisco Cazares all of Oklahoma City; nephew, Robert; three nieces, 
Katie, Destiny and Trisha; grandmother, Rose Harris of Oklahoma City and 
numerous cousins.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Monday, March 3, 2003 at Evangel 
Assembly of God Church with Rev. Jack Manley officiating. Interment will 
follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Emanuel Banks, 
Felipe Cazares, Nichels Remeriz, Aaron Foote, Saul Galvez and Samuel 
Banks.

Funeral services are under the direction of Foster-Petering Funeral Home 
in Muskogee.
