FRANK L.OKERSON

Frank L. Okerson, 80, died at 9 o'clock Tuesday night at his home in 
Ochelata after a 3 months illness. Okerson was born in Topeka, KS and 
engaged in farming and mining in CO and KS before moving to Washington Co 
about 25 years ago.

Mr. Okerson is survived by 27 nieces and nephews, among them are included 
the following: Mrs. J.P. Bowers of Tulsa, Mrs. Geo. Evans of Barnsdall, 
Mrs. Charley Brock of Bartlesville, Lester Okerson and Amos Milton 
Okerson, both of Avant; C.F. Briggs of Ramona, Walter and Fred Hopkins, 
Mrs. Ron Lewis and Mrs. Edgar Eads all of Bartlesville.

Services will be in the service rooms of the Neekamp Funeral home at 2 
p.m.Thursday with Rev. R.E. Brothers of Ochelata officiating. Interment 
will be in White Rose under the direction of the Neekamps.

Frank L. Okerson

There is an error in the Obit of Frank L. OKERSON. His niece was Mrs. 
Thomas Ross LEWIS. He died in May 1979 in Claremore, OK. He is buried in 
Memorial Park Cemetery, Bartlesville, Washington Co, OK. On 3 June 1914 he 
married Mabel HOPKINS, daughter of Ezra HOPKINS and Eliza Jane OKERSON. I 
have no other information on Mr. LEWIS.
