Opal C. Patterson

Opal C. Patterson, 85, of Eureka, Kan. and a former resident of Copan, 
died Friday at Wesley Medical Center in Wichita.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Jefferson Street 
Baptist Church with Pastor Alan Hunter officiating. Private interment will 
follow under the direction of the Koup Family Funeral Home of Eureka, Kan.

She is survived by one son and daughter-in-law, Don and Nancy Patterson of 
Douglas, Kan.; one daughter, Sharon Patterson of Joplin, Mo.; seven 
grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; and two brothers, Paul Hansen of 
California and Kay Hansen of Dewey.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in her name to 
the Jefferson Street Baptist Church c/o of Koup Family Funeral Home, P.O. 
Box 595, Eureka, KS. 67045.
