Stark, age 63, of Childers, Oklahoma died Saturday, May 3, 1997 at his home in Childers. Funeral services for Mr. Stark were held at 10 a.m., Tuesday, may 6, 1997 in the Stumpff-Nowata Funeral HOme. Rev. Bill Benefiel of the New Hope Assembly of God Church at Dewey officiated. Internment followed at the Ball Cemetery at Childers under the direction of the Stumpff-Nowata Funeral Home. Serving as casket escorts for Mr. Stark were; Don Parrish, Jim Wheelock, Roger Hallett, Kenny Shipley, Kenny Fowler and Ryan Shoemaker. A memorial has been established to the 10-33 Emergency Team, 321 E. Cherokee, Nowata Oklahoma 74048. Mr. Stark is survived by his wife, Mrs. Evon Stark of the home; four sons, Dwaine Stark of Nowata, Oklahoma, Ron Stark of Chelsea, Oklahoma, Steven Stark of Delawre, Oklahoma, and Terry "Bo" Stark of Collinsville, Oklahoma; one daughter, Penny Wickliffe of Delaware, Oklahoma; seven brother, Troy Stark of Nowata, Oklahoma, Ivan SStark of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, William "Dub" Stark of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Henry Stark of Hasting, Minnesota, David Stark of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Lloyd Stark of Bartlesville and Wayne Stark; one sister, Sylvia Pierce of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; one brother-in- law, Don Brookshire of Collinsville, Oklahoma; one aunt, Edith Redman of Nowata, Oklahoma; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
