A spokesman for the base identified the victom as Leonard S. Wenthold, 44, of Oklahoma an employee of the Miller Construction Company of Muskogee. Wenthold was at work on a project of removing concrete pipe near a Tinker runway, said the spokesman. He was caught betwen the turning body of a large crane and the bed of his truck. ========= Tinker Worker Dies in Mishap Employee Crushed by Crane, Truck A construciton employee at Inker Air Force Base was killed Sunday Leonard S. Wenthold, 44, of 6501 NW 12, was crushed between a crane and a truck. The crane was loading concret pipe on the truck of which Wenthold was the Driver. Wenthold, employed by Miller's Construciton Co. of Muskogee, was dead on arrival at the base hospitla. Services aer pending at Hunter Funeral Home.
