Now at home on a farm near Buffalo, Mo., are Mr. and Mrs. James Franklin Strickland, who repeated wedding vows April 14, in the home of the bride's parents, Elkland, Mo. The Rev. Lester Slack of Buffalo, Mo., officiated at the candlelight ceremony. The bride is the former Miss Deborah Sue Rogers, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Max Powders of Elkland and the late James E. Rogers of Bartlesville. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. William I. Ballard, 223 N.E. Rockwood. Parents of the bridegroom are Mr. and Mrs. Eldon Strickland of Buffalo, MO. The bride wore a street length dress of white lace with with accessories. She carried a bouquet of white daises and pink carnations.
