All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ===================================================================== ::Mennonite Brethren Cemetery--Corn OK Lawton Constitution 14 Nov 2003 Willard Otis Couch CORN — Funeral for Willard Ottis Couch, 60, Corn, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Calvary Baptist Church, Corn, with Bob Burkle, pastor, and Brian Blackburn officiating. Mr. Couch died Tuesday, Nov. 11, 2003, in Weatherford. Burial will be at Corn Mennonite Brethren Cemetery under direction of Kiesau Marler Funeral Home, Clinton. He was born April 4, 1943, in Cloud Chief to O.T. and Viola Harder Couch. He grew up in the Cloud Chief and Corn areas. He graduated from Corn High School in 1961. He married Evalene "Ev" Kay Roberts on June 2, 1961, in Corn Mennonite Church. He worked for the city of Corn for 37 years, and was a volunteer firefighter for 20 years in Corn. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He was a supporter of the 4-H and Booster Club programs, and was a class parent for the Washita Heights Class of 1983. Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Renee and Danny Zeller, Lawton; two brothers and sisters-in-law: Bill and Pam Couch and J.B. and Mary Anne Couch, all of Corn; a brother-in-law, Alton Roberts and his wife, Liz, Cleveland; a sister-in-law, Janice Maynard and her husband, Earl, Arco, Idaho; Jan Roberts Britton, Arapaho; three grandsons: Rodney, Riley and Rocky Zeller; and special friends Jeff and Amy Brown; and many nieces, nephews and friends.
