Lloyd L. Hinkle

PAMPA - Lloyd L. Hinkle, 90, died Sunday, March 21, 2004.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral 
Directors Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Jim Powell, pastor of Hobart 
Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens 
Cemetery.

Mr. Hinkle was born June 17, 1913, in Port, Okla. He married Eunice 
Spears on Aug. 4, 1933, in Hollis, Okla. He had been a resident of 
Pampa since 1935, where he was employed by Cabot Corp. until 1948. 
The Hinkles farmed north of Canute, Okla., until 1958, when he 
returned to Cabot Corp. until his retirement in 1978. He was a member 
of and attended Hobart Baptist Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife on Feb. 4, 1998; a 
granddaughter, Karla Nelson; and a grandson, Jeffery Hinkle.

Survivors include a son, Darrell Hinkle and wife, Norma, of Pampa; a 
daughter, Gail Cooper and husband, David, of Pampa; a granddaughter, 
Jennifer Hinkle of Amarillo; and a great-granddaughter, Keziah Nelson 
of Pampa.

The family suggests memorials be to Hobart Baptist Church, 1100 W. 
Crawford St., Pampa, TX 79065.
