She was born March 26 1915 in Retrop, Okla. to John Zachariah and Jenny Covington Ensey as the third of nine children. She graduated from high school in 1934. She moved to Oklahoma City where she met Homer Mosley and the two were married in Guthrie, Okla. in 1939. They lived in Idaho, California and Colorado before arriving in Boise in 1954 to stay for good. Nan loved camping and fishing in the Hells Canyon area. She would routinely out-fish everyone in the boat with her worn out pole and reel much to the annoyance of all the men in the family. She also was very proud of her home and made sure no one ever walked away hungry from her table. Her cooking will be missed. She is preceded in death by her sister LaVerne Ernce, and her four brothers, Aubrey, Everett, Wilbur and Jeryl Dean Ensey as well as her husband Homer and son James Daryel. She is survived by her sisters, Imogene Harvey, Trixie Lee Slife and Mary Nell Goodall, her daughter Linda Arlene Keefer, and her grandchildren, Paul and Matt Keefer, James and John Mosley and Shannon (Mosley) Winget. Her great-grandchildren are Robyn and Ashlyn Winget, Faith Mosley and Brent Keefer. The Mosley family would like to thank Life's Doors Hospice for their care and support. Everyone would also like to thank her daughter-in-law Carol for caring for Lois in her declining years. At the request of the deceased no funeral services will be held.
