Kris Rambler and Rev. Danny Ringer officiating. Interment was in the Fairlawn Cemetery under direction of the Martin Funeral Home of Elk City. Jackie Ray Peck was born April 16, 1931 at Bessie, Oklahoma to T.A. and Ollie (Sims) Peck and passed away Friday, July 10, 2009 at the age of 78. Mr. Peck attended Leedey Schools and was married to Jenna Corene Shelton on December 31, 1950 at Leedey. He served his country in the U.S. Army being stationed in Germany. They lived in Leedey and Perryton, Texas before moving to Elk City in the early 1960's. Jack was a truck driver for American Farm Lines and Lantz Trucking before his retirement. He was a member of the Main Street Baptist Church of Elk City and was preceded in death by his wife, parents, 2 sisters, and 5 brothers. Survivors include his son: Eddie Peck and his wife Catherine of Clinton, 2 sisters, Joyce Bailey and her husband W.D. of Leedey, Helen Graybill and her husband Clarence of Altamont, Kansas; one brother, Jimmy Peck and his wife Linda of Edmond; and his special companion, Norma Thompson of Elk City.
