Ron Nelson will officiate. Mr. Harper, 90, of Medford, died Thursday (Oct. 25, 2001) at his home. Memorial contributions may be made to Providence Community Health Foundation, Hospice, 1111 Crater Lake Ave., Medford, OR 97504. He was born Aug. 16, 1911, in Sentinel, Okla., a son of William and Etta Harper. On March 26, 1962, in Reno, Nev., he married Clarice Weeks, who died in 1998. They moved to the Rogue Valley in 1975 from Porterville, Calif. Mr. Harper was a plumber for the state of California. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and the rodeo. Survivors include a son, Don, Eagle Point; a daughter, Kathleen Wilson, Eagle Point; a brother, Bill J., Medford; one grandchild; three great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by a brother, Goldie, and a granddaughter. Arrangements: Hillcrest Mortuary, Medford.
