Gladys Maxine Hale, 70, Houston, Texas

Besides her parents, Maxine was preceded in death by one brother, Burl 
Simmons; and two sisters, Clara Belle Brock and Nettie Mae Koutz.

Maxine leaves behind a loving family including her husband, Donald Hale; 
one son, Alan Hale; two daughters, Brenda Ross and her husband, Harold, 
and Donna Ahrens and her husband, Jeff; three grandchildren, Allison Ross, 
and Wyatt and Amber Ahrens; two sisters, Louise Whitney and Verna Lee 
Chambers; four brothers, Junior Simmons, Donald Simmons, Bob Simmons, and 
Paul Simmons; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be Oct. 22 at Marshall Funeral Home of Alva with 
Rev. John Brint, pastor of the Waynoka Church of God officiating. 
Interment will be in the Memorial Hill Cemetery under the direction of 
Marshall Funeral Home of Alva.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made 
through the funeral home to the American Cancer Society.
