Jerry Lisk Hayward, 69, Warner Robins, Ga.

Jerry Lisk Hayward, 69, son of John Noel "Jack" and Marjorie (Lisk) 
Hayward, was born October 9, 1934, at Alva, Oklahoma, and passed away 
August 2, 2004 at Warner Robins, Ga.

He was preceded in death by his father, Jack Hayward; two sisters, 
Patricia Hayward and Virginia Brandenburg. Jerry is survived by his wife, 
Corky Hayward, of Warner Robins, Georgia, one daughter, Carrie Helms and 
her husband, Dennis, of Warner Robins, Georgia; his mother, Marjorie 
Hayward of Alva, Oklahoma; two nieces, Jennifer "Nipper" Leu of 
Bartlesville, Oklahoma and Linda Brandenburg of Charlotte, North Carolina; 
other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Thursday, August 5, 2004 at McCullough 
Funeral Home in Warner Robins, Georgia. Interment will be 2 p.m. Saturday, 
August 7, 2004, at the Alva Municipal Cemetery with Reverend Joshua Leu 
officiating. Local arrangements are under the direction of Marshall 
Funeral Home of Alva.

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Alva 
High Education Foundation.
