Donald Hubert Kubicek, 65, Bartlesville

Donald Hubert Kubicek, son of Martha (Kvidera) and Hubert Kubicek, was 
born on August 10, 1938 at Marshalltown, Iowa. He passed away suddenly in 
an auto accident five miles west of Medford, Oklahoma on the 2nd of 
November at the age of 65 years.

Donald was preceded in death by his parents Hubert and Martha Kubicek.

He is survived by his daughter and her husband, Karen and Matthew Conrad 
of San Antonio, Texas as well as a grandson, Nathan; a sister and her 
husband, Neola and Ray Walters of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, a number of 
nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
