All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm ========================================================================== ::Municipal Cemetery--Alva OK Alva Review Courier 13 Aug 2004 Josephine Eileen "Jeane" King, 82, Alva Josephine Eileen "Jeane" King, 82, daughter of the late Alva Raymond and Elsie Dena Melvina (Cox) Katherman, was born December 25, 1921, at Kansas City, Mo., and passed away August 11, 2004, at Share Medical Center in Alva, Okla. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack, on July 2, 2004; two brothers, Delbert Katherman and Ernest Katherman; and one sister, Arzillah Wray. Jeane is survived by three sons, Delbert King and his wife, Dianna, of Yukon, Gerald King and his wife, Cynthia, of Bakersfield, Calif., and Robert King and his wife, Glenda, of Springfield, Mo.; two daughters, Jeanette Woodard and her husband, Kenneth, of Lahoma, and Carol Ann Campbell and her husband, Keith, of Huntsville, Ala.; one sister, Camille Lynn of Bonner Springs, Kan.; 13 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends. Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Monday, August 16, 2004, at Alva Municipal Cemetery with Rev. Judy Pistole, pastor of the Alva First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment is under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home of Alva. There will be a reception following the service at the First Presbyterian Church.
