Murray Lemual Long, 91, Alva  

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Marion Long and Marvin Long; one 
sister, Opal Tinker; and one step-brother, Bill Canaan. 

Murray is survived by his wife, Moye, of Alva; one son, Lonnie Lee and his 
wife, Ramona, of Chesapeake, Va.; five grandchildren Lonnie Lee, Jr., 
Murray Glen; Lora Lynn, Debbie Jean, and Justin; 16 great grandchildren; 
other relatives and many friends. 

Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Aug. 14 at the Alva Assembly of God 
Church with Pastor Mark Bagley officiating. Interment will be in the Alva 
Municipal Cemetery under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home of Alva. 

Memorial contributions may be made through the funeral home to the Alva 
Assembly of God Church.
