Duane McOsker, 69, Fairview Mass of Christian Burial for R. Duane McOsker, 69, will be 11 a.m., Saturday, July 10, 2004 in St. Ann's Catholic Church of Fairview. The Father David Cowden will officiate. Burial will follow in the Fairview Cemetery. Arrangements are by Fairview Funeral Home, Inc. A Rosary will be held Friday evening, July 9, 2004, at 6 p.m., at St. Ann's Catholic Church of Fairview. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, July 8th and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Friday, July 9th at the Fairview Funeral Home, Inc. R. Duane was born to Clinton and Fern McOsker on June 25, 1935 in Alva, Oklahoma. He passed away July 6, 2004 at the Fairview Hospital in Fairview after a battle with cancer. Surviving are his wife Suzanne of Fairview; three daughters, Katherine McOsker of Elk City, Oklahoma, Laura and her husband Mark Brown, and Leslie and her husband Brady Wolfe; one son, Kevin and his wife Tina Bennett of the Kansas City area; his mother A. Fern McOsker of Fairview; three brothers, Perry and his wife Carol McOsker, Lennie and his wife Maxine McOsker of Alva, and Don and his wife Leota McOsker of Cincinnati, Ohio; eleven grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, brother, and son Christopher.
