::Municipal Cemetery--Waynoka OK

CANYON -- Charlene Amanda Katherine Meier, 84, died Sunday, Jan. 11, 2004. 

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Holley Funeral Home Chapel. 
Family visitation will be at 9 a.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.

Burial will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in Waynoka Cemetery, Waynoka, Okla., 
with visitation to follow at Marshall Funeral Home.

Miss Meier was born April 18, 1919, in Waynoka to Charles and Beatrice 
Meier. She spent her career working for TWA as a reservation clerk. She 
moved to Canyon in 1980 to be near her sister. She was active in First 
United Methodist Church and numerous club activities.

Survivors include a sister, Janney Bee Hines of Canyon; a niece Sondra 
King of Dekalb, Ill.; two nephews, Stephen Hines, and wife, Barbara, of 
Tijeras, N.M., and Michael Hines, and wife, Angela, of Round Rock; nine 
great-nephews and great-nieces; and seven great-great-nieces and great-
great-nephews.

The family suggests memorials be to Crown of Texas Hospice.
