Faye is survived by her four sons and their wives. DeWayne and Kathy of Caney, Kan., Lester and Nancy of Wichita, Kan., Max and Mary, and Keith and Brenda, all of Alva; eleven grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; six sisters and their husbands, Ila and Woody Wood of Alva, Ludella and Jerry Spurlock of Wichita, Betty and Landis Trekell of Alva, Linda Olson of Enid, Janice Colburn of Enid, and Marilyn and David Bindrum of Alva; two brothers and their wives, Harold and Wanita Wanger and Max and Janet Wanger, all of Alva; two sisters-in-law, Gladys Rose of Alva and Iva Jean Rose of Oklahoma City; a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Aug. 15 at the Alva First Christian Church "Disciples of Christ" with Dr. Larry Haney, pastor, officiating. Interment will be in the Alva Municipal Cemetery. The Wharton Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
