Funeral services will be Sunday, Dec. 21, 2003 at 2 p.m. at the Apostolic Christian Church with Rev. Ron Allenbach and Jeff Bahr officiating. Interment will be in the apostolic Christian Church Cemetery at Burlington. He was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church. Memorials may be made to the Apostolic Christian Church Fund. Elmer was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters, Mary and Dorothy, one brother, Floyd, and son-in-law, Jim Shaw. Elmer is survived by his wife, Alice; two daughters, Arlene and her husband Bob Farney of Phoenix, Ariz.; Ruth Ann Shaw of Alva; two granddaughters, Pam Finley and husband Rev. Pat Finley, Winchester, Ky.; Tonya Rehanek and husband, James, Claremore; five great grandchildren, Kyle, Kayla and Kameron Finley, and Megan and Jenna Rehanek.
