PETITION of Isaac MCHENRY May 28, 1915
JUDGE: Gus HADWIGER
RE: Lawrence MCHENRY died intestate, on or about the 13th day of March 1915 
in the County of Clay, State of Missouri. That said deceased, at the time of 
his death was a resident of the County of Woods.

That said deceased left estate, real and personal, in said Woods County..
...That PETITIONER is FATHER of said deceased, and therefore, as your 
Petitioner is advised and believes, entitled to Letters of
Administration of said estate; as deceased was unmarried and died 
without issue.

HEIRS at Law: Isaac MCHENRY, Age 53 and Minnie A. MCHENRY, Age 43, of Alva, Oklahoma.
