Campbell, 59, Woodward Orville D. Campbell, 59 year old Woodward resident, died Monday, January 26, 2004 in the Woodward Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, January 30, 2004 in the Billings Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverend Galen Cox officiating. Interment will be in the Mooreland Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Billings Funeral Home. He is survived by his mother, Edith Campbell of Laverne; two daughters, Cynthia Smith and husband Gary of Sapulpa; Karen Campbell of Sapulpa; three grandchildren, Rachel, Deann, and Chelsea; two brothers, Melvin Campbell and wife Diana of Guymon; David Campbell of Laverne; two sisters, Neva Richardson and husband Don of Buffalo; his twin-sister Ova Jean Siemens and husband Abe of Chantilly, Va.; nieces and nephews, Julia and Martha Henderson; Eric Campbell, Leahanna Smith; Jimmy Campbell, Mark Riley, Julie Riley, Melvin "Bear" Campbell Jr.; Donna Myers; George Campbell, Clayton Campbell, Janice Spain; and other family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Charles H. Campbell, Sr., brothers, Vernon and Charles Campbell, and two nephews, Ronnie Richardson and Bruce Henderson and stepson Jason Morgan.
