::Memory Gardens Cemetery--Pampa TX

Francis Christian

PAMPA - Francis "Frank" Christian, 68, died Sunday, Feb. 14, 1999.

Graveside services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in Memory Gardens 
Cemetery with the Rev. Leonard Forsyth, pastor of Bible Baptist 
Church of Borger, officiating. Arrangements are by CarmichaelWhatley 
Funeral Directors.

Mr. Christian was born in Woodward, Okla., and had lived in Pampa 
since 1935. He was an employee of the city of Pampa for 38 years, 
retiring in 1985. He was a member of the Church of God.

He married Gearldean Darby in 1950.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, David Christian of Fritch and 
Bobby Christian of Borger; two daughters, Linda Vick of Fritch and 
Theresa Wells of Skellytown; a sister, Freda Whitson of Pampa; 12 
grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to Baptist St. Anthony's Hospice of 
the Panhandle, Box 2795, Pampa, TX 79066-2795 or the Harrington 
Cancer Center of Amarillo.
