Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Paramount Terrace Christian Church Chapel with Mark Zimmerman officiating. Graveside services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Elmwood Cemetery of Woodward, Okla., with Tim Mascarenas officiating. Arrangements are by Schooler Funeral Home, 4100 S. Georgia St. Mrs. Corbitt was born in Ada, Okla. She married Elbert Edgar Corbitt on Dec. 24, 1931, and they were married for 70 years. She moved to California in 1943 and worked in the shipyards during World War II. She graduated from the American School with a high school diploma. She was a Sunday school teacher at First Baptist Church in Fort Supply, Okla. She worked as a psychiatric aide at Western State Hospital in Fort Supply before retiring. She enjoyed quilting, knitting and cooking. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was preceded in death by her husband on Jan. 6, 2002. Survivors include a son, E.L. "Lee" Corbitt and wife, Francis, of Amarillo; granddaughter, Michelle Miskimen and husband, Cory, of Amarillo; and two great-grandsons, Nicholas and Daniel Miskimen.
