Private family memorial services will be held. Arrangements are by Stickley-Hill Funeral Directors. Mr. Rhea was born April 10, 1922, in Woodward, Okla., to Laura Kline and Edgar E. Rhea Sr. He attended Canadian schools and Texas A&M. He served with the Navy during World War II. He married Esther B. Cizek of Chicago, in Pensacola, Fla., on Oct. 28, 1944. They were married for 57 years. He owned and operated Earl Rhea Plumbing in Canadian from 1945 to 1987. Survivors include his wife; three sons, Edgar E. Rhea III of Phoenix, Miles Rhea of Houston and Steven Rhea of San Diego; four daughters, Danielle Brown and Dana Kolius, both of Amarillo, Shelli Thomas of Canadian and Lisa Penn of Canyon; two sisters, Rilla Rhea and Lee Wilson, both of Canadian; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
