Wreatha Alma Ramey

PAMPA - Wreatha Alma Ramey, 89, died Monday, May 12, 1997.

Services will be at 10 a.m. today in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral 
Directors Colonial Chapel with the Rev. Scott Richards, pastor of St. 
Paul's United Methodist Church, officiating. Graveside services will 
be at 3 p.m. today in Mooreland Cemetery at Mooreland, Okla., with 
the Rev. Lonny Robbins, pastor of Trinity Fellowship Church of Pampa, 
officiating.

Mrs. Ramey was born in Woodward County, Okla., and had been a 
resident of Pampa since 1943. She was a member of St. Paul's United 
Methodist Church.

She married Ray Willard Ramey in 1926 at Woodward. He died in 1981.

Survivors include two sons, Darrell E. Ramey of Paradise Valley, 
Ariz., and Ray W. Ramey Jr. of Hobbs, N.M.; a sister, Olive Strothers 
of Colorado Springs; three grandchildren; and four great-
grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to St. Paul's United Methodist 
Church.
