Services will be at 2 p.m. today in San Jacinto United Methodist Church with Bobby Medford, associate pastor, and Royce Womack, retired minister, officiating. Burial will be in Llano Cemetery by Rector Funeral Home, 2800 S. Osage St. Mrs. Hefley was born in Woodward, Okla., and lived in Amarillo most of her life. She worked in Amarillo Independent School District for 35 years. She retired as cafeteria manager in 1986. She was a member of Texas Teacher's Retirement, as well as San Jacinto United Methodist Church, where she was in Heritage Sunday School Class. She was a member of United Methodist Women. She was preceded in death by a sister, Delores White in 1958; and a grandson, Mark Hefley in 2000. Survivors include two daughters, Leona Barnett of Houston and Melva Magee and husband, Mickey, of Waco; two sons, John Hefley and wife, Elaine, of Galveston and Ron Hefley and wife, Mary, of Amarillo; 10 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-granddaughter.
