Mary E. Tyrrell

Mary E. Tyrrell, 71, of 4318 Bonham St., died Monday, Aug. 25, 1997.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Schooler-Gordon Funeral 
Directors Bell Avenue Chapel, 5400 Bell St., with the Rev. Wayne 
Hicks of Valley View Church of the Nazarene officiating. Graveside 
services will be at 4 p.m. in Fargo Cemetery at Fargo, Okla.

Mrs. Tyrrell was born in Fargo and graduated from Fargo High School. 
She married Carl Tyrrell in 1944 at Woodward, Okla.

She moved to Amarillo from Fargo in 1951. She worked for Fedway 
department store. She also was a cafeteria worker for the Amarillo 
Independent School District. She was a member of Valley View Church 
of the Nazarene.

Mrs. Tyrrell was preceded in death by a son, Scott Leroy Tyrrell, in 
1982.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Diana Kaye Williams of 
Oklahoma City; two sisters, Elsie Lockman of Fargo and Alice Carnes 
of Sayre, Okla.; and three grandchildren.

The family will be at 4318 Bonham St. They request memorials be to 
Valley View Church of the Nazarene, 7601 S. Western St., Amarillo, 
Texas 79110-4755.
