Wylie, 90, died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2002. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors of Pampa, Colonial Chapel, with the Rev. Richard Bartel, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Memory Gardens Cemetery. Mr. Wylie married Pearl Thompson on Feb. 7, 1935, in Pampa. He served as a school crossing guard at Travis Elementary School for 21 years. Survivors include two daughters, Betty Ann Shaw and Winnie Shaw, both of Woodward, Okla.; a brother, O.E. Wylie of Pampa; five grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
