Mr.Smith included in his dispatch a claim for the standing reward of $300 wich the Oregon laws offer for the capture and conviction of train and stage robbers. Governor Chamberlain will await the action of peace officers in Baker County and if they request it he will issue a requisition upon the Governor of Idaho for the extradition of the men,both of whom are ex-convicts.
