McCarthy's house. Two men were seen in the upper story last evening by several parties and the officers are convinced they are still there. Pickets were posted and vigilant watch was left all night and will not be removed until the men are captured, dead or alive. Eck McCarthy, a stepson of William was taken in charge, he have taken a hand in aiding their escape. The McCarthy's say they will not be taken alive. Fred McCarthy, 18 year old son of William, was arrested at Boise City.
