Willoughby, a former resident of Eagle Valley, passed away at Ashland last Sunday as a result of heart trouble and will be buried in Baker, where he had made his home for the past few years. The deceased is survived by his wife and one son, A. D. Willoughby of Tacoma, Wash.; also three sisters, Mrs. E. Taylor and Mrs. Sarah Fanshier, both of Baker. and Mrs. Martha Padrick of Idaho; and several brothers whose address we did not learn.
