Burial will be in the Haines cemetery, with Rev. L. G. Weaver officiating. Mr. Hearing was born in Albany, Or. He had been a resident of the North Powder community for 50 years and lived in Oregon all his life. He was a member of the Methodist church. Survivors include a brother, Frank, of Montana; a sister, Mrs. Hans Christiansen, address unknown; a daughter, Frs. Fred Pembrook of Haines, and two grandchildren, Johnny and Marjorie Pembrook.
