O.M.Ausve Buried in Zion Cemetary,Canby
O.M.Ausve,69, a resident of this community for many years,died at the Oregon 
City hospital Sunday evening following a very brief illness.
He was taken to the hospiatl last week suffering from kidney trouble,which is 
said to have been the cause of his death. He was astrong anf hearty man, even 
in his advanced years, and enjoyed goos health up to the recent attack which 
carrie dhim away suddenly.
O.M.Ausve was born in Kansas December 3,1860, and came ot the west in his 
early manhood. he is survived by two daughters,Mrs.LL.Parmenter, and Miss Cora 
Ausve of Canby, the latter a student at the Oregon State College, and one 
son,A.M.Ausve of Vancouver,Wash.
Mrs.Ausve passed away a couple years ago.
Last rites for the good man were held yesterday at the Methodist church of 
which he had been amember for many years, and internment was in Zion 
cemetary.Rev. T.H. Downs,the local pastor, and Rev. W.B.Moore conducted the 
services.
