Canby Woman Passes Away Saturday Evening
Funeral services for Mrs. Frances Streje,who died at her home in 
Canby ,Saturday night,was held at the family residence Tuesday afternoon at 2 
o'clock,Rev.Warren,pastor of the Methodist church,officiating.Internment was 
in the family lot in Zion cemetary
Mrs.Streje was born in Bohemia April 5,1852,and came to the United States 35 
ears ago,most of the time residing near Canby.
Surviving are the following childen;Henry of Portland,Joseph of 
California,Rudolph Milosh of Canby,Frank of Banks,Mrs. Henritta 
Chehak,Mrs.O.g.Svoboda,Mrs.A.F.Thompson,Portland.The husband died several 
years ago
